Unable to pick up your share?
We don't want you to miss out, but life happens. If you know that you'll be unable to pick up, you have a couple of options. You can temporarily change the day you pick up, or schedule a vacation hold.
Vacation holds allow you to choose to donate your share or pick up double your basket size the next time you pick up.
Change pickup "location" really means you're changing your pickup DAY temporarily. This is third party software and we can't change that particular word, so it makes it a bit confusing.
If you would like to permanently change your pickup day, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll make that change for you.
If the "week starting" date has already passed, please EMAIL us with your request. We can usually accommodate you, but the system has an early cutoff so we can plan for each week's harvest.
